Seashell Frame
I love making my own costume frames that go along with the picture I want to put in them. So, a recent trip down the ocean with my husband sparked this idea for a Seashell Frame.
(Est. Project Time: 20 min.)
What you will need:
* Wooden Frame (Dollar Store)
*Hot Glue Gun
* Seashells (found on the beach)
*Paint, Water & Paintbrush
Directions:
1.) First, take your frame and remove the glass and backing so you are only working with the fame.
2.) Pick a color out that you want to go along with your frame. I choose yellow since it goes well with the colors in the shells. Paint the front & sides of your frame. I did 2-3 layers to give the yellow a bold look.
3.) Once paint is completely dry begin hot gluing your shells to your frame. Hold each shell to the frame for about 10 seconds to secure it to the frame. Continue gluing the shells to the frame until you have your desired look. Once complete and dry put frame back together, add a picture and hang!
